Appointment Setter Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with the essential details of our products and ---------- lling customers/leads provided to you.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
Scheduling a vehicle service appointment for different car dealerships

Appointment Setter Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be ---------- puter literate.
Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
