Wordpress Designer and Developer

I own a start-up digital marketing agency in Sydney that targets small to medium businesses. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with us. At the moment, I am building a portfolio and targets small and independent businesses. The agency is currently running a promo of a maximum of 5-page website and 1 contact us form to be delivered within 2 weeks.

I am looking for someone who can:
- be able to design mock-ups (2-3) to be presented to the clients
- be able to develop the chosen design


There is no limit on projects per month. The hired developer can get a new project as soon as he/she finishes one. The pay depends on the project. The easiest and simplest project starts at 8,500php.

I am looking for 2-3 developers to join the team. This is a long term work and with the potential to go full-time. I aim growth not just for my business but for my staff. I am a digital marketing executive myself and love to share my knowledge with my team so everyone works for the same goal.
