JOB OVERVIEW

Fast growing, US based, Virtual Assistant services company is looking for a full time experienced and friendly Virtual Assistant to perform various tasks. Some tasks will be learned on the job while others will need to be performed on day one. Our ideal candidate will possess knowledge in the following areas:

- Calendar Management
- Social Media support
- Email Management
- Product/Online research
- Travel Management
- Administrative support
- E-Commerce
- Inside Sales Rep
- Photo Editing
- Fulfillment
- Customer Service/Support
- Appointment Scheduling
- Personal Assistant

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Has experience with Google calendar, MSWord, Excel, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and other programs
- Must be able to clearly speak and write English with little to no accent
- Must be available to answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary throughout the entire work shift
- If working from home, must have a work area that is quite and free from noise and distractions
- Must have the necessary technology and equipment to do the ---------- cluding (cell phone, strong internet/WIFI connection, computer, software as required)
- Must be able to work full time through the night. Local hours are 9pm to 5am Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday part time as needed
- Prefer candidates with no young children unless babysitter is available the entire shift
- Dependable, punctual, able to work independently
- Self motivated
- Friendly and enjoys working with the public
- Detail oriented and can manage many tasks simultaneously
- Trustworthy with high levels of integrity
- Looking for long term work and willing to grow with the company
- Available to start now
