LOOKING FOR AN AWESOME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for an Awesome Virtual Assistant who can help us with our daily administrative and some graphic design, and web development work.

Tasks include, but not limited to, the following:
> Creating monthly newsletters
> Creating daily images with quotes for our Facebook fan page
> Social Media management
> Updating content in the membership site
> Email correspondence
> Monitoring the membership forum and responding to members’ questions
> Setting up and creating landing pages (for webinars, lead magnets, sales pages)
> Video editing

Personal Character Attributes:
> Highly motivated, focused and organized
> High performing individual who is self-driven
> Ability to learn systems quickly
> Openness and honesty, especially in terms of communication.
> He/She must be able to express his/her difficulties or challenges whenever necessary

to avoid misunderstandings.
> Integrity with time-management
> Be able to multi-task
> Detail-oriented

Desired Skills and/or Knowledge on the following applications/software:
> Adobe Photoshop
> Wordpress
> Mail Chimp
> Knowledge/background on HTML
> Transcription skills

** Must have Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken **
This is a permanent full-time position with our company for the right person.
Salary depending on experience. Office hours: 11am-7pm with 1 hour break in between. (Phil. time)
