Real Estate VA - Trainer

I have a real estate business, that specializes in land investing. I am looking to grow this, and I am looking for a VA that can spend time with me to get trained. I will explain the general idea, you will take that general idea, and execute the process, refine it until I am happy with the product, document the process, and train 2-3 other existing team members on this process. We will keep repeating this until everything has been thoroughly built, documented, trained, and executed.

Typical examples of the types of tasks for this role would be.

1. Obtaining Lists from Counties and List Providers
2. Filtering/Cleaning those lists to prepare for Direct Marketing Campaigns
3. Skip Tracing Leads
4. Comping properties and sending offers on a regular schedule
5. Creating Ads for Sales
6. Marketing Properties in numerous platforms effectively
7. Tracking Results
8. Tracking Projects within the team and providing management reports so that I can understand our progress.
