JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there! I’m a U.S. based coach, writer and speaker ready to hire a part time virtual assistant to help me with administrative tasks, client scheduling, and creating systems for the ---------- this exciting, learn-as-you go opportunity, you’ll do everything from manage my schedule, create a beautiful social media presence, update my website, and manage blog posts and more.
REQUIREMENTS:

? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
? Familiarity with social media platforms and management software (specifically, Later)
? Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
? Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite, Mac products knowledge a +)
? Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
? Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills (You’ll be speaking with my clients!)
? Excellent time management skills
? Solid organizational skills

• I am a podcaster and need help with editing podcasts

ABOUT THE POSITION:

? Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
? General admin tasks
? Edit podcast episodes + publish them to all channels
? Newsletters layout + scheduling in Squarespace
? Social media management
? Calendar management + scheduling
? Some client support
? Possibly some graphic design in Canva
? 10-20 hours per week
