Responsibilities:
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps
• Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation
• Will serve as a Point of Contact from Client to Web Design and Development Team and vise versa
• Relay detailed information to the Web Development and Design Team from client’s perspective
• Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements
• Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks
Requirements:
• Strong use of English command both oral and written
• Knowledgeable in Website Design and Development
• Ability to handle different technical concerns of the customers
• Must be patient and polite to customers
• Knowledge in customer service
• Can analyze problems and errors
• Above average communication skills
• Keen to details
