JOB OVERVIEW

We are growing Amazon company and looking for a experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team as a full time employee. We are expecting you work about 40 hours a week in US easter time.


His/Her responsibility are:
-Employee On Boarding and Termination Procedure
-Weekly Staff Performance Report
-Monthly Performance Report
- Quarterly Performance Report
-Weekly Payroll
- Staff Leave Log Maintenance and Leave Policy Enforcing
-Coordinate with team regarding staff leaving
-Coordinating Holiday Leaves
-Preparing candidates pool for each position
-Employee training program

It will be great if you also have amazon skill background. But not necessary. Training will be provided. These are some of the example of the side tasks you will need to do :

-Manage Payper Click campaign on Amazon
-Open cases on Amazon
-Optimize Listing on Amazon
