If you already have a full-time load and would like to try us out with a small number of hours, before making a larger commitment, then we would also be very happy to accommodate that sort of progression, for the right person. You can start with an initial 8 – 10 hours per week and build that to a full-time load.

OVERVIEW

The role of the Digital Marketing Assistant will become an important part of the growing Pilates Can team of digital and marketing in-house staff & consultants.

The main focus of the role of “Digital Marketing Assistant” is to assist the Digital Marketing team with all related tasks including administrative tasks, conducting market research, basic SEO, email campaign creation, and basic website ---------- ndidates seeking this role must be able to work with our cross-functional team to brainstorm and monitor marketing campaign progress and collaborate with the company’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Marketing Manager and marketing team with the project organization.
• Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
• Conducting market research
• Updating spreadsheets and database
• Posting online content for the company’s social media
• Managing the uploading and publishing of content on WordPress CMS through a dashboard and bulk import/export tools.
• Monitoring site performance in search engines, testing new ideas, and continually improving pages.
• Researching keywords and using SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Required 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant
• Strong knowledge in WordPress website management
• Strong knowledge in all social media platforms
• Preferably have worked for an Australian company
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
• Good communication skills

The successful candidate will start at an attractive hourly rate. The performance will be reviewed regularly based on Key Performance Indicators that will be formulated via discussions with shortlisted applicants prior to on-boarding the successful candidate. We are aiming for a very long-term relationship with the right candidate.
