JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring for an assistant role right now for our business.
Who we are looking for someone who:

Who we are:
We are a national serviced accommodation management company which has grown rapidly over the last 3 years (and almost doubling in 2020 despite the pandemic!), we currently operate in 17 cities and are increasing this number constantly. We have a small team based in the Philippines and are currently looking to expand this team in anticipation of further growth in 2021. We also launched Book My Digs, an accommodation agency for the construction industry, in 2020 which is going from strength to strength.

About the Position:
Key tasks include:
• Creating and posting social media content
• Creating and sending email and SMS campaigns
• Managing and scheduling email campaigns
• Writing blogs
• Creating graphics using Canva or Photoshop
• Basic website updates
• Creating performance reporting

This position is for 20 hours a week, the working hours we are looking for are UK GMT 2pm - 6pm.

How you will be compensated:
• Salary will depend on experience
• Payments are made twice per month
• We provide 15 days paid holiday per year
