The fastest growing real estate investing company in Northern New Jersey needs it's two head players well branded across ALL social media platforms and we're looking for the right person to help us accomplish this goal
Some of the qualities we are looking for:
Speaks and writes perfect English
Experience in social media branding
Some graphic design experience, using Stock Photos and branding them
Experience with Hoot Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, & LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of U.S. Real Estate
Adaptable and willing to improve

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Researching and drafting content to post on:
Facebook
Instagram
Twitter
LinkedIn
Part of your responsibilities will be the following:
1) Create multiple Instagram posts every week for 2 accounts - this includes researching stock photos, graphically designing them, placing motivational quotes and memes, studying and finding relatable hashtags.
2) Prepare quotes, find articles, and images, memes to be posted across all major platforms.
3) Monitoring and Increase social engagement across all platforms, liking pages, commenting, ask questions engage engage engage!
4) Follow, friend, and connect with people
5) Manage our network, remove spammers,
Other activities include:
Post a ‘question of the week’ poll encouraging interaction.
Add a video from Youtube and comment.
Share relevant article or link in our niche.
Simple status update (Ex. “I like donuts on the weekend – what’s your treat to yourself?”).
Interaction on complimentary pages/comments/news feed monitoring.
Like pages in your niche.
Like and interact with the biggest names in your niche.
Inspirational and Funny Images and Quotes.
Thank new followers.
Interact with re-tweeters and replies.
