Awesome Real Estate Cold Caller VA

Incredible opportunity to work with an awesome Real Estate firm in the US. We are looking for energetic VA Cold Callers.

Responsibilities:
-Outbound Cold Calling to prospective home sellers.
-Schedule follow up appointments for acquisitions team.
-Updating and organizing Spreadsheets.
-Replying to prospects via text using our software platform and updating prospect interaction.

We are looking for someone to work approximately 4-6 hours a day 5 days a week to start but can move to 40 hours per week shortly after you start if you choose. Flexible. Likely between the hours of 12pm and 7pm CST.

Ideal person for this job must have excellent English both on the phone and written communication. You're comfortable talking to people and learning new things.

-Experience in real estate cold calling or other outbound sales.
-Personal computer with at least 8GB's of RAM.
-Fast reliable internet
-Experience working with Google Sheets and/or Excel is a big PLUS.
