VA- Cold Caller, In-Bound Calls, Appt. Setter

We are an expanding Real Estate firm based in New Jersey, looking for a great English speaking motivated virtual Assistant with a positive attitude to add to our team. We are looking for an experienced individual who is great in generating leads over the phone to contact homeowners and ask them if they would be willing to sell their property.

DUTIES INCLUDE
Cold call homeowners asking if they be interested in selling their ---------- nd SMS messages to homeowners
Answer Inbound calls from homeowners.
Follow up with earlier made phone calls to homeowners
You will assist with other related tasks and research
Set Appointments for Senior Sales Staff
Track your progress and provide updates.

REQUIREMENTS
Perfect command of the English language
Clear speaking voice with minimal accent
Experience in cold calling or lead generation over the phone
High energy & self-motivated
Confident on the phone, not discouraged, not afraid of rejection
Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time 9 am – 5 pm
Experience using a CRM is wanted but not mandatory
Experience using a phone dialer.
