SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Operate live chat and support customer phone calls
2. Assist and educate customers to ensure that campaign budgets are fulfilled and optimize based on performance requirements
3. Troubleshoot product issues, general advertising and technical inquiries for clients
4. Proactive identification of process improvements
5. Meet performance standards/metrics set by the department

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in online advertising & marketing (SEO, Search Advertising, Re-targeting, Display Advertising)
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Full time, office based
4. Willing to work on rotating shifts at Bonifacio Global City Taguig
