Customer Champion

We're looking for an amazing mid-level customer service hero who can help our users while our team in the US sleeps!

Our customer champions interact with our users over live chat and help them get the most out of our financial assistant app.

You would be our first team member in the Philippines and would be working closely with one of our team leaders in Australia.

We'd need you to be:
-Empathetic
-Tech Savvy
-Independent
-Ability to multitask

We'd need you to have:
-Good English
-Good Internet Connection
-Access to a computer
-Two years of live chat experience
