Job Qualifications
- Must have experienced in CSR and calling leads
- must be fluent in English
- must be detail-oriented

Job Description:
• Answering phones and providing correct information to guests - up-selling where possible.
• Ability to think cleverly when problems arise with bookings - we are in a post COVID world and
changes will happen
• Providing quotes, managing bookings from client appointments
• Maintaining our digital filing system
• All of the above and more whilst maintaining a stellar helpful attitude
• Answer email inquiries and phone inquiries as a priority above all else. This is the most important
part of the sale process.
• Follow up on emails and phone messages as required.
