Customer Services

Our company is looking for someone to work full time remotely for a permanent position in customer services.
The role will involve speaking to customers that have ordered through an ecommerce website.
We will provide full training and ongoing support throughout your employment to ensure you have all the tools to succeed as a Customer Care Advisor.
You will need: Excellent written and spoken English
A secure internet and telephone connection.
Access to a computer/laptop which will need to be compatible with our systems.
Previous customer service experience
Availability to work between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (GMT)

Job specification:
Take inbound and make outbound calls from our existing customers on a range of account related queries
Respond to all customers quickly and efficiently, in a polite and professional manner
Accurately log all information on customers’ accounts and our in-house systems
Ensure the customer is left fully satisfied at the end of the call
A positive and resilient attitude with a high level of self-motivation
The ability to multi-task and balance a varied workload
