PHP/Wordpress developer

We are in need of a rockstar PHP/Wordpress developer who can take already purchased plugins and make them interact in a better fashion than they currently do. Plugins include WP-Client and its extensions, including a form builder, sms client, support ticket creator, etc.

He or she will also need to build a custom dashboard for doctors to interact with patients, whose information will be gathered via forms from these same plugins.
