Social Media strategist that builds and converts audience into clients for an Australian Company

We are looking for a Social Media strategist to involve in creating and maintaining content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. We need someone with a proven performance record.

This is a contractual arrangement with a long term commitment.

*Content must be relevant to the company’s marketing strategy (SEO, AdWords and etc.)
*Able to suggest content that is valuable & insightful for our audience
*Create content that is aligned with who we stand for
*Create content and express it to be of value to our target audience
*Graphic design and Video Editing skills are essential for this role.
*Great understanding of how to speak with specific audiences (audience type will be given)
*Great ability to express content using short videos and images
*Design and expressions of content must be aligned with our style, values, and beliefs.
*Ability to exchange insights, review and discuss next best move
*Plan & Strategize timeline for content

*Proven successful reach to specific target audience
*Proven ability to build trust & confidence with audience and convert into clients
*Ability to portray message with aligned images and videos
*Express key points with minimal wording
*Maximize use of videos and images
*Effective communicator - express English well verbally, text, email, and video conferencing
*Attention to detail - All details must be carried out accurately with no supervision
*Discipline - Structured, organized, and follow instructions and procedures
*Problem Solver - take on challenge, find a way, and takes ownership
*Honest - being open and live with integrity

Work Arrangement - Commitment we looking for
*Follow Australian hours and holidays
*Work from 9am - 5pm Melbourne time
*Contract arrangement
*Responsive and available 10 -15 hours per week (or more if required)
