We are seeking a home based motivated customer experience appointment setter/Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team in California!

You will be the first point of contact, follow up and lead generating Superstar for our customers and help manage the customer experience.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

Previous Real Estate experience a plus, but we are looking for the right person and we will train the right person that is willing to ---------- ance to earn very good commission as you progress in your sales career.

Responsibilities:
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads.

Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities.
Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.

Qualifications:
Must be able to work Virtually in the US West Coast Time Zone--Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST).
well-spoken needs to have excellent English skills both written and spoken.
Ability to use or quickly learn our real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Experience with Cinc, Boomtown, Chime, KVCore or similar CRM a definite plus.
Again, real estate experience is a plus but we can train the right person to succeed.
