JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a ROCKSTAR Call Center Manager for daily management of a new division of call callers/appointment setters in our rapidly expanding Real Estate Investment firm where we purchase, sell and manage single-family and multi-family homes in various US cities.

This is a hands-on position where you will lead by example while being the face of the department. You will be responsible for hiring your own team (VA's), manage them daily based on the company parameters and guidelines. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment where the company rewards success when goals are met or exceeded.

Here is a description of the posting for the Call Center Members:
>>"This is a highly lucrative opportunity for high-performers as this is a 100% commission position with the ability to generate $100+ for each closed Real Estate transaction. A closed transaction is defined as a final purchase (by our company) or sale to the end buyer (if resold). Transactions usually take from 5 days to 1 month, but rarely more than that.
Just a few deals per month can provide you with more than a full-time income especially with the support provided and the HOT Real Estate market at the moment. Our agents are currently converting an average of 7 deals per month, some of them more! Hint: We are looking for a superstar Lead Manager with the potential to make some serious buck!

We are offering increases per deal as follows:
Beginner Agent = $100/Closed Deal
Experienced Agent = $200/Closed Deal (has to generate at least 5 deals or more per month)
Expert Agent = $250/Closed Deal (has to generate at least 8 deals or more per month)
Team Leader = $500/Closed Deal (has to generate at least 12 deals or more per month)
Lead Manager = $1,000/Closed Deal (has to generate at least 18 deals or more per month and manage his/her own team from their own proceeds, no limits)

REQUIREMENTS
* must speak perfect English and be well-spoken
* must be highly responsive
* must be available from 8 AM to 5 PM Central US time (one hour break) 5 days a week (Weekend work is preferred as there is more conversion during those days)
* must be a hard worker
* previous cold calling/virtual assistant skills a must

OTHER
You can work from home, pick your workdays, work time is not limited (the more you work the more you make!), but must be available during minimal required hours. PC and headset with a good microphone are required, we provide everything else."
