Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant and Inventory Manager - (Paid Vacation, Holidays and Bonuses) - PH Working Hours

Hi! We are seeking a Full Time Amazon Manager to join our growing business.

As the account manager for our FBA business, you will be managing a lot of details, from customer service to project management. Your main roles will be:

1) Inventory management
2) General Amazon account management

Inventory Management includes managing inventory projections, working with suppliers, finding suppliers, product sourcing, reporting and ---------- ventory management or data analytics experience is highly preferred. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing listing or inventory issues with Amazon Seller Support.

Amazon account management includes general administrative tasks, customer service, keyword and product research, product creation, product launch / marketing, supplier research, and weekly/monthly reporting. You may also be doing similar work with our second brand which is also an Amazon FBA business. Amazon experience and/or ASVA Masterclass certificate is highly preferred.

For this role you will need to be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. We would like you to have a strong base of skills, but we are also able to help train you on the job. Important requirements for this job:

> Willing to learn new skills quickly (we will teach you during salaried hours)

Most of your time you can work in your own time zone, at your own preferred hours. However, you must be available for meetings and online chat discussions Tuesday-Friday, 7am to 9am Philippine time.

These skills are not necessary, but they would be nice to have:

> Photoshop and video editing
> Social media
> Researching, negotiating with, and working with suppliers and freight forwarders
> Customer service
> Experienced with inventory management
