We are currently looking for someone to join our team as our Digital Marketing Manager. This individual must be available full-time, work with the Director of Web Planning & Development, CFO, Administrator and report to the CEO.
We need a “take charge” person who has experience writing and implementing a Digital Marketing Plan. Strong English grammar, writing and leadership skills, are the only other “requirements” for this position (we can train you on everything else).
Position Overview
The candidate’s role will be to assist the CEO in immediately building our digital marketing plan and be responsible for:
1. Informing the CEO of the resources required to implement the plan
2. Implementing the plan and meeting its projected revenue
3. Managing all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs,
4. Developing specific marketing campaigns
5. Overseeing our social media accounts
6. Managing and improving online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
In assessing this position, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have about it and the team. The position will start at 40 hours per week for two months of internship.
Qualities Needed to Be Successful
Some skills can be learned and perfected overtime. We are not seeking someone who knows everything about Digital Marketing but must have experience in designing, building and implementing a digital marketing plan. We are looking for a trainable individual with four (4) qualities:
Integrity, Commitment, Desire to Learn, and Leadership.
Finally, the successful candidate must have the potential and desire to become a “PARTNER” in Stretch Run King. As a partner he/she will be receiving bonus at the end of each year.
