Dietician

-Design and manage various food and food service programs that support a healthy lifestyle and nutritional intake and establish a diet for the patient that is beneficial for his overall recovery, treatment and well being.
-Ensure that nutritional needs are being met based on the recommendation of the patient’s Attending Physician. Visits therapeutic patients and gives diet counselling.
-Makes effective suggestions and recommendations that are given particular weight regarding hiring and firing of employees. Conducts Performance Appraisal to Dietary employees.
-Helps the Management in the implementation of Hospital Rules and Regulations.
-Maintains inventory of supplies and equipments. Ensures timely submission of statistical reports and comparative studies needed by the Management for analysis.
-Coordinates educational training programs to Dietary Staff, and regularly conducts departmental staff meeting.
