Real Estate Cold Caller

Looking for long term employment? We are looking for cold callers to join our team.

Responsibilities:
*Attend to inbound and outbound calls to homeowners that may be interested in selling their property.
*Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads!
*Handle objections efficiently
*Properly disposition calls
*Attend weekly meetings

Qualifications:
*Fluent in English - Confident to start and hold a conversation in English
*Ability to write and read in English
*Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
*Able to handle objections effectively
*Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
*Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-driven environment
*1-2 years of overall work experience, preferably in customer service (real estate is a plus!)

Work Details:
*40 hours per week (FULL TIME) / 2 days off / Amenable to shifting schedules.
*Working days are from Monday – Saturday. Working hours are from 10AM-7PM (US Central Standard Time).
*Salary: $4-5/hour USD depending on language proficiency and experience. Performance bonus and paid training!

System/equipment requirements:
*Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
*Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
*Backup workstation (preferred)
*Backup internet (pocket wifi)
*USB noise-canceling headset REQUIRED
