Virtual Assistant

When an order comes through on Shopify, I need someone to check the details and tell my supplier the order details. Then, once the supplier sends the tracking number please upload it to Shopify. Please monitor all emails and respond to customer service enquiries too. I only get 50-100 orders a month, so the workload is very manageable.
