BILLING & DISPUTES Customer Care Operator

We are looking for a super motivated person to take care of our customers.

We need someone who can look after billing and disputes (chargebacks) for our ecommerce business.

If you are able to handle, refunds, billing issues, disputes where customers complain about products not received or incorrect, we need YOU!

Our company is growing and we get about 2% refund rate but we would like to bring it to less and with that, we need a full time person that can take care of customers!

Your primary role will be billing, but when this is done, we would like you to answer questions customers have... We have set up answers but may need some creativity sometimes!

Looking for a superstar who is a self starter to join our team!

This will be online, you need your own computer and internet and will be a contractor employee paid on paypal

We need your english to be good typing as you will be on email support. You also need to be a detective to look through social media when customers complain so you can see if they said anything else before so we can prove it. Sometimes customers take photos of the products and then say they didn't get it! Very sneeky and we need proof for the credit card chargebacks etc.. so you need to be a little detective also :)

We are offering 15,000 PHP per month + 13th month bonus pay 195,000 TOTAL to start the first year with an increase every year
We also offer 2 weeks paid vacations, also 2 weeks sick leave paid
