Hello, my name is Jimmy & I operate a real estate appraisal company here in the U.S. The one thing I've learned over the past decade is that our ability to effectively communicate with our clients directly affects our effectiveness... and income :-)
As an English Teacher, I'm sure you already know this.

You will be responsible for assembling my reports, summarizing my inspection notes, and ultimately helping me complete the appraisal assignment.

So the ideal candidate will have the following work experiences and characteristics:

- MASTERY of the English language (written & oral)
- A Desire to learn about the worlds of real estate, and real estate valuation
- Coachability.
- Positive attitude.
- I know I don't have to say this, but I'll say it anyway to be clear, You MUST be able to communicate your opinions and conclusion in written form that meets (or exceeds) the standards set by ----------
- Basic internet research skills
- You'll also need to have a very good computer (laptop or desktop) with at least 5Mbps internet ---------- exceptions.
- We want you to win, so you will be trained to use our systems and processes to successfully do this job, but THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL DATA ENTRY JOB. You will need to be great with details, a fast learner and most importantly You must want to succeed.

** Previous experience with Real Estate Appraising is a definite plus BUT is not required!

After you're trained and confident and can work with less supervision, we can work together to find the best work schedule for you.

Your rate of pay is directly related to your ability to quickly assemble information, and communicate your information in a clear & concise manner.
