Retail Sales Assistant

We have an exciting position available for an excellent Retail Sales Assistant. With the world migrating on to digital platforms, the retail industry is set to ---------- w more than ever, providing an amazing customer experience is imperative to businesses around the globe.

Our make-up brand is looking for an A-class Retail Sales Assistant that knows how to provide fantastic service and convert browsers into purchasers.

A typical day in this role:
• Reviewing your weekly sales goals, promotions and offers
• Live Chat Sales & Support
• Reaching out to potential clients via Facebook and Instagram to help them find a product suitable for their needs
• Having 1:1 style consultations with potential and existing customers, where you’ll assess their needs and provide product options that they’ll be tempted to purchase
• Contacting customers who have not yet purchased to see if you can help them through the process.
• Following up with customers who have purchased, with the goal of converting them into long term customers.
• Helping existing customers resolve any outstanding issues so that we can secure their business long term.

We compensate generously, in this role you will receive a great base salary as well as a % commission based off your sales for the month.

Training is provided in this role, however there are some core skills that you should have before you apply for this role:
• Effective English Language Skills
• Solid Communication Skills
• Sales skills (in person or online, retail experience desirable)
• Passion for Beauty & Beauty Products
• Understanding of makeup- especially eye make-up
• Willingness to learn new information & the drive to find the answers you need

You are required to have a reliable internet connection and a fast and reliable computer to work from.
Hours of work 7AM until 3PM Manilla Time.
