Social Media/Youtube/SEO savvy mavan

Looking for someone to upload all my podcast episodes with captions and tags and perhaps fun images to Youtube. Also looking for someone to help manage my podcast Instagram. Must have some design experience and good aesthetic. Must also be in tune with and accepting of LGBTQ content. Must have good English writing and proofreading skills. Must also have extensive knowledge of how Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram work.
