You are supposed to write chapters of an e-book about special kinds of food in english. For that you should conduct research on your on and write down your findings. Your findings should then be elaborate as part of the ebook.

A background in nutritional sciences, biotechnology, life sciences or literature is recommended. State your experience with writing e-books, preferably with references.

Salary is according to the time spent on writing and is based on milestone (how much you achieved in that given time). Bonus can be paid in case of exceptional work.
