Salary: 55k( will pay more if needed)


Responsibilities:
Work on my development agency and help on my personal development projects.
Pair program with me on my Android project
Lead a development team of junior and intermediate developers. help them grow their skills

I'm willing to consider applicants lacking in some of these areas if you're smart, a fast learner, and are very senior level in the other areas.
One area you MUST be good at though is Android app development. This is a requirement.
The others are also important, but you could be missing one or two of them if you're perfectly qualified in the other areas and are willing to learn.
