QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of 2 years experienced as talent acquisition specialist
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
Proactive and works with minimal supervision
Preferably has prior experience working in a remote setting

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Recruitment Manager in various recruitment-related tasks
Drafts job advertisements and posts approved job openings to both internal and external job search channels/portals
Schedule applicants for testing and interview
Administers, scores and evaluates assessment tests as required
Conducts resume screening and initial interview with suitable candidates
Schedules and coordinates interviews with the Immediate Superior and the requesting department.
Keeps track of the status of applicants
Maintains and updates database of applicants
Report their tasks on a daily basis
Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment Manager
