I know when I am being scammed and I won’t put up with it. I am not looking for sympathy - I also won't allow it to happen again either!

I am fair and honest. I do the right thing by people and expect the same in return. I am a family woman with children who I spend time with.

- About You -
You are a healthy person with good habits. You eat well and sleep early. Your lifestyle is NOT a late-night gamer. You eat quality food and stay healthy. You don’t make excuses, you own your mistakes and learn from them. You know how to follow instructions, use checklists and operating procedures. Your English should be good enough to have a clear conversation on Skype or zoom when needed.

- Work Ethics -
You will work alongside me, be online and working when I am and sometimes when I am not. You need to be willing to do the boring work too if there is a task that is not too exciting I need you to be able to get into it and just get it ---------- shortcuts and you need to be detail-oriented and follow ---------- l me in your application email subject that you love or hate pumperknickle bread and I will know you have actually read my job posting and thought about the position. You will be connected to ---------- whilst working for me, this way I know you are working on my projects and not for 3 different people at once.

- Hours & Pay Rate -
Kartra isn't that complicated! Initially it will be 10-20 hours a week for 4 weeks - after which we will review the projects and see if we want to move forward together. Your rate of pay will be quoted to me in your application in PHP ---------- t USD or any other currency. Please do this or I will know that again you haven't read this application and the job may not be for you. If its up to 350 per hour - please apply.

- Email Marketing -
Sometimes I will need you to log into an email marketing system external to Kartra - this isn't hard but is a useful ability.

- One Person Only-
I'm not looking for you to have your whole agency working for me. Just one person only I can work with long term.

- Final notes -
If you are not in the Philippines don't bother responding - I won't work with someone who lies about their location.
