Technical Support

• Do field work / site-visit, when needed
• Do after-sales work support
• Coordinate / assist our Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with their assigned work / project.
• Follow – up or monitoring of our projects, work side by side with our Engineers
• Provide solution if there are issue that need to resolve technically
• Provide feedback about the technical reported issues
• Responsible in research, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve the customer issues
• To assign technical personnel who can work on client’s request, inquiry or concern
• Assist thru phone, web, email, chat or other support channels to address basic troubleshooting of client’s concerns
• Other task deemed necessary with any work regarding technical assistance.
