Creative Director

Hello, I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest and we are looking for a Creative Director who has extensive experience in designing and leading a team of designers. Someone who can work alongside our Accounts Manager, strategists, and producers to create stylescapes, thematic social media creative direction, and branding design for our clients.

This person should have great English and communication skills and be able to create MODERN, CLEAN and IMPRESSIVE designs for our company.

I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well!

I'm looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week, central time, with the opportunity to go full time after 90 days.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing and leading the design team in curating and creating designs for our clients

- Working closely with an in-house team of designers, project managers, and digital strategists and help translate the user experience into a design for a variety of clients across multiple industries

- Understanding the client's brand profile including their objectives, unique selling proposition, mission and vision to create a strategic and creative approach when it comes to their brand styling and design

- Designing content templates for social media usage of clients

- Producing effective business-oriented solutions based on organizational goals.

- Communicating ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by clients

- Being able to execute design tasks when needed

I'm looking for someone who has a solid background in designing and creative direction, has a proactive mindset and has a conscious effort in meeting strict deadlines.

Major plus if you have experience in doing web design work, graphic design work and creating badass IG aesthetics!
