We have 3 jobs at the moment that we need to fill and our company is growing so could be more jobs later. Clone a master site, then personalise it for each customer/location, set up email, passwords, social media acccounts and link to site.

Ability to use Plesk / FTP / Updraft Plugin an advantage

Also need to move site from shared server to Dedicated server. People who have done this process are required

Abililty to back up sites and plugins and fix problems

Experience of sales and upselling will help

Solving support issues for ongoing customers

If you can understand and do good SEO as well as build sites you will have an advantage.
