ABOUT THE BOX 'N BURN ACADEMY ---------- in LOS ANGELES, USA

We are growing rapidly and want someone to grow with us, the owners are great entrepreneurs and are always adding new features. The site you will be working on the Kajbai website - Box N Burn Academy - it is mainly for personal fitness trainers to attend (online or live course) to learn how to teach our boxing for fitness classes and become certified so that they can teach it to their own gym clients.

Some simple tasks, like add a new feature or page and you will need to figure out how to get what the owner wants up and running and looking great. We need someone that knows the ins and outs of the Kajabi platform and can help us troubleshoot any problems and help us with customization in page builder. We need someone who knows how to add HTML and CSS code to the backend and someone who can come up with solutions to add things that Kajabi may not have out-of- the-box.

Please do not apply if you only know the regular Kajabi features and don't know how to customize. We have VAs who upload videos and content for us, so we need you to be at a higher level than them so you can explain to them what to do (via Loom) and assign them tasks.

We just bought a sales funnel template so we need help getting that up and running and for you to make it look ---------- MUNICATION:

Communication is key for us, in the past we have had hired developers and they have disappeared for weeks at a time after they have committed to a deadline, and we do not know when or if they will return. Also we had someone who faked his skill-level and then he was overwhelmed and made lots of errors.

If we hire you and something is beyond your skill set or you have other client commitments/deadlines, or something will take longer that the owners may think it would take, please be honest and let us know realistic timelines, so we can manage everyone's (yours, owners and the rest of the team) expectations, schedules and deadlines.

We will always value your feedback and Kajabi knowledge and if you have any ideas to improve the sales funnel or anything please do not be shy and let us know. We love initiative and want you to feel heard and enjoy your working experience with us.
