Edit book manuscript, create book cover, enter into Create Space.

Just completed my first book. Book needs to be edited, a book cover needs to be designed and created, and then the book and cover must be entered into Create Space and approved for publishing. I am looking for a person who can achieve all these tasks. A Christian whom is significantly acquainted with theology, particularly reformed theology would be ideal but will not be absolutely necessary. Thank you in advance for your interest.
