JOB OVERVIEW

I have an online company that sells blogs using Wordpress (Pro Site plugin + additional customization).

I already have several developers on board, who work on new features.

I am opening a new full time position to handle urgent unpredictable issues related by clients to our Customer Service.

Your tasks will include:
- daily access our Customer Service Support System (OsTickets) and review all our customers requests to the technical team
- set up priorities
- research and solve web development issues
- review which suggestions from customers should be implemented short-term and long-term or not implemented
- create new tasks for these features (to explain to the developer team)
- report to your manager
