Human Ressource / Project Manager

I have an online company that sells blogs using Wordpress (Pro Site plugin + additional customization)

I already have several developers on board and I am opening a new full-time position for a Human Ressource / Project Manager.

Your tasks will include:
- discuss and set up priorities
- describe tasks to developers
- spread tasks among developers
- follow-up with developers and get updates from them on a daily basis
- check the completion of tasks, check tasks and use the website as a client would to review any issue, misunderstanding and/or errors from developers
- plan for updates with the developers
- send payments to developers once tasks have been thoroughly reviewed

I am looking for someone with these skills:
- familiar with web development
- familiar with Wordpress
- familiar with phpMyAdmin (although you don't need to know MySql, you need to know how it works to review developers tasks)

We are currently using Trello and Skype chat in our company and we are using OSTickets as our customer support ticketing system.
