We're an Ecomm dropshipping team looking for a Shopify Virtual Assistance for our dropshipping store.
The project includes the following priority:

* Shopify Virtual Assistance Checking in and out and clearing out the Obstacles.
* Customer Support Expert Through Email, Facebook, Instagram and chat Etc.
* Bring structure in the customer service process
*Expert with Shopify and store management
* Availability and solving problem instantly regards to the store
* Fulfillment Expert many more.
* Has vast experience with Shopify dropshipping specifically and growing Shopify stores.
* Has profitable clients/case studies to show from Shopify stores
* Can go above and beyond to assist with any advertising related issues and help with growing our account throughout the year
* Has a great level of understanding of Shopify, Facebook Ads, and the platforms in general

THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES

Research Skills particularly online search;
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics;
Planning Skills/Time Management;
Technology Skills - Google Suite, MS Excel, Social Media (eg Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom);
Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written;
Customer Service Skills;
Collaboration/Interpersonal Skills;
Strong attention to details;
Results-driven;
Willingness to perform various functions; and
With high regard for Integrity, Excellence, Continuous Learning, and Creative Thinking/Innovation.

Desktop/laptop - computer specs:
Processor - i5 or higher
RAM - 8 GB or higher

A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (eg pocket wifi)
Noise-cancelling headphones
Web camera

Skype for video calls
Quiet and professional work station
