Video Editing, Must Use Premier Pro CC and After Effects CC

Hi, I am Sergio, I am looking for someone to hire on a pretty consistent basis, at first just to clear out some video editing backlog, but soon, we will be shooting about 8 to 12 videos per month and needing to edit those also.
I normally do the edits using Premier Pro, and I do a little bit of motion graphics using After Effects. I am looking for someone to edit my work using the same software and who can collaborate with me using DropBox and sharing the same original project files.
I will be sending some of my requests via email and some harder to explain tasks via screen capture video.
I am more interested in creating a smooth consistent workflow that can turn work around quickly, than just occasional piece work.
The video edits themselves are very simple, and I will be providing some assets like logo reveal animation and a call to action animation, but I will also need edits to those animations from time to time as well as creating new ones.
This is why I need someone who understands After Effects and Premier Pro well, and has a fast enough computer to run these programs efficiently.
Prior to final hire, I would like to see a few references or portfolio of completed work, I also require a video interview using Skype prior to final hire.
I need someone who knows a lot, is willing to learn more, can work FAST, and still produce great quality detailed work.
Like I said before these videos are very simple, they don't really require special effects they are simple 2 to 10 minute YouTube Videos.

As you can tell from the sample I sent you I will also require you to make custom thumbnails so this will also require PhotoShop, and I want the files delivered in a PSD format for further editing if need be.
