Real Estate VA (Virtual Assistant)

Looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant who's friendly, outgoing and experienced in residential real estate. Looking for help growing business, my focus is on wholesaling, acquiring and reselling investment properties.

We are hoping to hire someone who has the following:
- Great communication skills
- Should be assertive and does not give up easily when overwhelmed with tasks
- Enjoys working on teams
- Creative thinker and is able to come up with suggestions and solutions to a problem
- Not afraid to be wrong and actually understands the journey to the correct answer involves being wrong a lot
- Someone who has a great sense of judgment in handling things
- Someone who is able to follow detailed and specific instructions
- Someone who has a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable attending and participating in meetings
- Comfortable doing phone calls and speaking with potential investors or clients

We are hoping that you are the person we are looking for to help us complete tasks that need to get done. Here are tasks I foresee that will be assigned to you (but not limited to):
- Able to work US PST hours Monday - Saturday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM 40hrs a week will have 2 days off (should be available when I work)
- Follow-up by text, email and/or phone with leads to inquire about owner's desire to sell
- Set appointments for me to meet with motivated sellers
- Assistance with property research (looking up to see general information about the property, whether it is sold or available, and comparable prices)
- Track leads in the system
- Keep CRM system updated to show accurate status of leads and projects
- Assist in uploading photographs, completing marketing packages, and documentation needed for selling properties
- Potentially help run automated lead campaigns utilizing existing CRM system

Specific requirements
- Previous experience in residential real estate
- Previous experience with phone sales including follow-up with contacts as well as cold calling leads;;
- Previous experience with appointment setting
- Comfortable with various CRM systems
- Experience with agent recruiting (strongly preferred)
- Experience with social media marketing (preferred).
