JOB OVERVIEW

A soon to be released educational learning platform is looking for an experienced, creative and data-driven digital marketing specialist run and optimize our paid digital advertising channels. This person will report directly to the company's founder to launch and optimize digital ads across various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with company's founder to create and coordinate advertising campaigns across paid social and paid search channels.
- Work with company's founder to ensure appropriate attribution from paid advertising.
- Develop social media strategy for company
- Manage day-to-day bid optimizations and creative rotations to increase conversions and improve CPLs.
- Report on digital channel performance and help the team understand how to best engage our audiences and personas on each channel.
- Develop testing plans to see what creative, copy, and segmentation is effective across our digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1-3 years experience managing and optimizing digital ads and paid search campaigns.
- Experience with SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).
- Experience with retargeting a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs.
- A self-starter with a can-do, team-first work ethic.
