Web Designer - Brand Creator

This is to hire someone full time for sales Web Designer/Graphic Designer. This is a recruitment post for long term work.

An example of the work required would be to Dissect the product being sold and creating PSD designed Ecommerce Websites.

Customers will be coming to websites while searching for a solution. The goal is to capture these customers while engaging them and building credibility/branding the product through using the proper photo-shopped EBC images, icons, color coordination by choosing the correct color pallets based on the industry and target demographic etc. Creating Brand Guidelines, logos. Must create designs for Desktop and Mobile.

1. Must research the product and its uses.

2. Must have past experience for photoshop. If you apply for this job and do not have a large portfolio or proper past work/designs then you will not get a message back.

3. Using known tactics to increase sales is a must while keeping the sites modern, beautiful and branded.

4. Knowledge in eCommerce is a plus.

Who are WE:

We are a company that creates new products weekly. Over the past year we have been looking to expand our team and get employees that are trustworthy, hard working and have experience already. This job is to work independently with freedom.

The goal:

Constantly creating new websites per product. Each website will be a different product, ultimately needing its own designs, logos, icons, EBC Images, color pallet, Branding, Illustrations etc.

The deliverable:

Each week 1-2 websites will be made. The design will have to be beautiful for Mobile and desktop. We have a web programmer so any animations, or interesting designs can be ---------- petition research will be a pre-requisite. The structure we have in this business is to send you a link to the product on alibaba. You will then take that product link and research what it is and who is the target demographic, ultimately helping create the website have a personality.
