[ABOUT YOU]

• Directly managed operations or customer service for a brand between $5M and $25M
• 2 to 3 years direct experience with eCommerce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and listing management
• Proactive and detail oriented, developing workflows and standardizing best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Finance, Operations, or Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience
