Sales & Marketing Assistant

WE ARE HIRING A SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT!!!
StarStruck Services and Randy Hernandez (Partnered with a Multi-7-Fig Agency, Limelight Media and Mike Barron), is looking for an Sales & Marketing Assistant. This position reports directly to our CEO and there's always opportunity for growth and more $$$$$.
Our Services/Products include traditional ad agency services and digital products servicing marketing agencies and closers. We are working with 100s of leads!

Basic Qualifications:
1. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written; detailed oriented with the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external management and staff members. Strong organizational skills.

2. Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; maintain calendars; provide phone coverage

3. Uses standard desktop software

4. Supporting customer relations and interfacing including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings

5. Self-starter with strong initiative.

6. Proven ability to multi-task and drive closure in a fast-paced environment

7. Order/Maintain Office supply Inventory

8. Successful candidate must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving team ---------- sired Skills:
1. Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, SharePoint).
2. Needs to be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
3. Needs to be able to de-conflict calendars.
4. Needs to be able to work multiple tasks with limited supervision.
5. Needs to be able to set appointments for our personal closers.
6. Ability to exceed 100 prospective calls/DM’s per day
