Excellent English Assistant for our Real Estate business. Growth Opportunity Available

We are looking for an Assistant to help with our day to day operation in Real Estate, almost all of which I will have video tutorials for you. You do NOT need to know the tasks below as we will train the right candidate.

Excellent English without grammar or spelling mistakes in daily communication (emails) is required.

Superior attention to detail is a very important trait we are looking for. The person in this role will learn and grow a lot so if you’re looking for something that challenges you and can get excited about, make sure you apply.

But more than just an assistant, we are looking for a PARTNER. I need someone trustworthy, competent, and reliable. We are looking for someone to grow with our team and as we become more successful, you too will get a higher pay.

An understanding and interest in marketing is a bonus but not ---------- real estate experience necessary, will train the right person!


Your Top Tasks (we will train the right candidate with 1 on 1 coaching and/or Video tutorials):

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
o Organize appointments for photos, measurements, stagers, home inspections, post sale activities, etc.
o Follow our system step by step for each of our deals

Clients & Leads
o Create, organize and execute emails to an email list with our weekly YouTube videos
o Send emails to clients with information specific to their situation

Research
o Platforms
o Products & Services

Social Media
o Replying and commenting to our social media accounts

General Assistant tasks – Scheduled tasks and on-demand

Learning (courses that we provide) & implementation of marketing strategies


Pay: Salary starting at Php 20,000 /month, pay will be adjusted based on experience. After 3 months it can go up to Php 25,000/month. As we grow and generate more revenue, you too will be compensated more

Schedule: 3 pm (6 am Philippines time) to 11 pm Calgary, Alberta, Canada time (MDT – Mountain time)

I run the LiveInnerCity Real Estate Team in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I currently have a Virtual Marketing Manager and I’m now looking for a full time Real Estate Assistant. We are not just looking for an assistant, but a partner we can depend on.
