- As a social media manager, you will manage an organisation's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good
content reflecting brands needs, facilitating customer service and managing projects
- Use Sprinklr and Asana
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
- Promoting the organization and products
- Communicate with supplier and evaluate appropriate product prices for Instagram highlights
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Are keen to details and has social media management skills
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- must have a good internet connection and compute with video conference capabilities,
- Can create aesthetic IG page to promote products and generate sales
- Multi-tasker and motivate to complete tasks in timely manner
- Managing Books/ Profit and Loss for business
